New Policy Effective May 2026: Streamline Inspections requests that no parties attend the inspection while it is in progress. This policy was implemented after damage was caused to a property during a previous inspection appointment. Paul prefers to focus fully on the inspection process while working to ensure a thorough and efficient inspection. If you would like to review findings, you are welcome to meet at the end of the inspection with your realtor present. He will make time to go over the important findings with you before leaving or afterward by phone.

Please Note: If you schedule a Termite Inspection with your Home Inspection, the inspection time may need to be rearranged to coordinate with Moreno Exterminating’s schedule, as they perform all Termite Inspections.
